The Nexus S3 VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) is a versatile engine management and power distribution solution designed for 6 and 8-cylinder engines, as well as 3 and 4-rotor setups. This is the unit only, serving as a replacement or for installations where connectors are already present. It brings the Nexus ecosystem’s integrated technology to a wider range of performance builds.
Integrated Performance
The S3 features 8 peak/hold injector drivers and 8 ignition drivers, making it capable of running sequential V8s or complex multi-rotor engines. It includes a built-in 4-bar MAP sensor, wideband controller, and 128MB of data logging memory. Its PDM features allow it to control high-current accessories directly, simplifying the vehicle’s electrical system and improving reliability.
