This “Premium” harness kit addresses the most common hurdle in custom EFI installation: reliable power distribution. By integrating a professionally molded fuse and relay box directly into the harness, Haltech eliminates the need for messy, custom-fabricated relay boards. This unit ensures that your fuel pumps, fans, and ignition system receive stable, fused power, triggered correctly by the ECU.

Engineering for Performance and Longevity

Constructed with high-strand-count, automotive-grade copper wiring, this harness is designed to resist the high-frequency vibrations inherent in performance engines. The insulation is rated for high-temperature environments, ensuring it does not degrade when routed near turbochargers or exhaust manifolds (when properly heat-shielded). The harness features a 2.5-meter (8.2 ft) length, allowing for a clean installation where the ECU is mounted inside the cabin while the engine-side wires reach the sensors comfortably.

A key feature of the Premium harness is the dedicated fuse box which holds 4 relays and 7 fuses. This design separates the “dirty” power used by high-current devices from the “clean” power required by the ECU and sensors.
