1. Return Eligibility

Products:

– Unused/uninstalled car parts in original packaging may be returned within [X] days
– Tools must be unopened with intact safety seals
– Proof of purchase required for all returns
– Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility

2. Return Process

  • Photos of item(s)
  • Reason for return
2. We’ll email a prepaid return label if applicable

3. Refund Processing

– Approved returns processed within 30 business days
– Refunds issued via original payment method (PayPal/Stripe)
– Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing
– Store credit available upon request

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
– Opened chemical products (oils, lubricants)
– Custom/special-order parts
– Installed electrical components
– Items damaged by improper installation
– Final sale clearance items

5. Exceptions

Full refunds issued for:
– Incorrect items shipped (return shipping covered by us)
– Defective parts (verified by our technicians)

6. Restocking Fees

– Standard returns: 20% fee
– Bulk orders (10+ items): 20% fee
– Special order returns: 20% fee

8. Dispute Resolution

– Contact us before credit card disputes
– Provide documentation within [X] days
– Mediation attempts required per Georgia law
– Unresolved issues may escalate to Cobb County courts
