The Nissan Silvia S14 Series 1, known as the “Zenki,” features a specific ECU pinout distinct from the later Kouki models. The Elite 1000/1500 Plug ‘n’ Play Adaptor Harness is engineered to bridge this specific chassis harness to a modern Haltech Elite ECU. Whether you are drifting, circuit racing, or building a street car, this harness eliminates the reliability issues associated with 25-year-old wiring and primitive factory electronics. It provides a robust, professional interface for the SR20DET, allowing for precise control of fueling, ignition, and the variable cam timing (VCT) system.

Engineering for the S14 Zenki

This adaptor harness is pin-matched to the S14 Zenki’s unique blue header plug. It correctly handles the NATS (Nissan Anti-Theft System) bypass where applicable for engine start, and interfaces with the factory CAS (Crank Angle Sensor) to provide the Elite ECU with accurate position data. The harness supports the factory wastegate solenoid but is best utilized with an aftermarket boost control solenoid wired to the ECU for granular boost curves. The kit includes an intake air temperature sensor, facilitating the conversion from the sensitive factory MAF sensor to a robust MAP-based tuning strategy, essential for high-power builds with vented blow-off valves.
