Essential Control: Elite 550 + Basic Wire-in Kit
The Elite 550 + Basic Universal Wire-in Harness Kit is the streamlined solution for budget-conscious builds or installations where a custom power distribution system is already in place. This kit pairs the capable Elite 550 ECU with a basic 2.5-meter flying lead harness. Unlike the Premium kit, this version does not include the fuse box and relays, giving the installer the freedom to integrate the ECU into an existing chassis harness or a custom switch panel.
Engineering for Flexibility
The basic harness provides the same high-quality, labeled wiring as the premium version, terminating at the ECU connector. It allows for full access to the Elite 550’s I/O, including 4 injector and 4 ignition drivers. This setup is ideal for race cars with PDMs (Power Distribution Modules) or switch panels where an external fuse box is redundant. The 2.5-meter length offers ample wire for routing in most engine bays.
Operational Benefits
This kit provides the core engine management hardware needed to run a 4-cylinder or 2-rotor engine efficiently. Users can leverage the Elite 550’s internal 4-bar MAP sensor and waterproof case for reliable operation in harsh environments. Tuning is handled via the intuitive NSP software, offering 3D mapping and datalogging capabilities. It is the most cost-effective way to get into the Elite ecosystem.
