The sensor utilizes a high-durability internal resistive track that translates the movement of the actuating rod into a proportional voltage signal. Installation and Integration Logic
This sensor suits all ECUs with a spare AVI and is designed for a modular harness integration. The kit includes the sensor and a matching opposing connector set for a secure, moisture-proof electrical junction. During installation, the 327mm closed length should be used as the mechanical datum. It is highly recommended to use nylon mounting bolts to protect the aluminum sensor body and provide electrical isolation from the vehicle chassis.
