The Bosch LSU 4.9 Sensor Wideband Harness (1.2m / 4ft) is a replacement or fabrication component designed specifically for Haltech devices with onboard wideband controllers. This includes the flagship Nexus Series VCUs and the Elite PRO Plug-in ECUs (such as the Ford Barra Falcon units). Unlike external controllers that use CAN bus, these ECUs drive the sensor directly, requiring a specific high-current, shielded harness connection.

Engineered for Signal Fidelity

Wideband sensors operate on micro-amp current signals (pump cell) and precise voltage references (Nernst cell). This harness uses high-temperature, shielded twisted-pair wiring to protect these delicate signals from the electrical noise generated by ignition coils and injectors. The harness is pre-terminated with a genuine Bosch LSU 4.9 connector on the sensor side and specific pins on the ECU side, ready to be inserted into the main ECU connector housing.
