The Haltech Harness Sleeve Pack provides the professional-grade materials necessary to protect, organize, and finish your wiring loom to a motorsport standard. Loose wires are not only unsightly; they are prone to abrasion, heat damage, and entanglement, which can lead to electrical shorts and catastrophic failures. This comprehensive pack includes a curated selection of nylon sleeving (braided loom), glue-lined heatshrink, and fleece tape, allowing you to transform a bird’s nest of cables into a unified, protected, and aesthetically pleasing harness.

Comprehensive Protection System

The pack features varying diameters of nylon braided sleeving (6mm to 25mm), which offers excellent resistance to abrasion and cuts while allowing the harness to remain flexible. This is superior to split-loom plastic tubing, which can trap moisture and become brittle over time. To terminate the ends of the sleeving securely, the kit includes glue-lined heatshrink. When heated, the internal adhesive melts and bonds to the wire bundle, creating a waterproof seal and preventing the sleeve from fraying or sliding back. The inclusion of fleece tape is a nod to OEM German engineering; this tape is designed to wrap the harness in areas where it may rattle against the chassis or interior panels, dampening noise and providing an extra layer of friction protection.
